How to Connect Airtable to ProspectBuddy

Connect Airtable
Click “Airtable” • Either on the “Connect your tool” screen after registration • Or from your Profile page
A new Airtable window will open.
Select the bases and/or workspaces you want to give access to.
Click “Grant access” to confirm.
That’s it — your Airtable account is now connected.
You can always check the connection status on your Profile page, where you can also disconnect Airtable if needed.
You can also review permissions directly in Airtable:
Integrations > Third-party integrations
How to Set Up Data Sending (Create a Setting)
Before sending LinkedIn data to Airtable, you need to create a Setting.
A Setting defines:
Which base and table to use
How LinkedIn fields map to your Airtable fields
You can:
Create a new Setting
Edit an existing one
Delete a Setting
Step 1. Choose Base and Table
Open Settings in ProspectBuddy.
Click Create new setting.
Select the Airtable base.
Select the table where you want to store contacts.
Available bases and tables are loaded automatically from your connected Airtable account.
Step 2. Map the Fields
Now you need to match LinkedIn data fields with Airtable columns.
You’ll see:
LinkedIn fields (as labels)
A dropdown list of compatible Airtable fields
Select which Airtable field should receive each LinkedIn value.
Supported Field Types
Make sure your Airtable columns use the correct field types.

If a field type is not supported, it won’t appear in the dropdown and data cannot be saved to it.
How to Send Data to Airtable
Open a LinkedIn profile.
Parse the profile using ProspectBuddy.
Select:
The fields you want to send
The Setting you created
Click Send to Airtable.
The data will be added to your selected Airtable table.
