This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you use our Chrome extension (the “Extension”). This policy is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Chrome Web Store requirements.


1. Data Controller

We act as the data controller for personal data processed in connection with providing the Extension, unless otherwise stated in a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for business customers.


2. Scope of the Service (B2B Only)

The Extension is designed exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) use.

It must not be used:

  • For consumer, private, or household purposes

  • To process personal data of private individuals outside a professional or business context


3. Personal Data We Process


3.1 LinkedIn Profile Data

When you actively use the Extension, you may collect publicly available professional information from LinkedIn profiles, including:

  • Name, profile photo, headline, summary/about section

  • Job title, company name, skills

Data is collected only when you initiate an action in the Extension.


3.2 Contact Data Enrichment (B2B Only)

The Extension may attempt to identify professional contact details via third-party service providers.

Key limitations:

  • Contact enrichment is provided exclusively for B2B use

  • Only business contact details are targeted

  • Phone number enrichment applies to business phone numbers only

  • The Extension must not be used to collect or process consumer or private phone numbers


3.3 CRM & Workspace Data

If you connect third-party tools (such as Trello, Airtable, or HubSpot), we process personal data strictly necessary to create, update, or sync records according to your configuration.


3.4 Technical & Usage Data

We may collect limited technical data, including:

  • Browser and Extension version

  • Usage events related to core functionality

  • Error and performance logs

This data does not include LinkedIn profile content and is used solely for security, analytics, and product improvement.


4. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

We process personal data under the following legal bases:

  • Consent – when you actively initiate data collection or enrichment

  • Contractual necessity – to provide the requested Extension functionality

  • Legitimate interest – to operate, secure, and improve the Service in a B2B context


5. How We Use Personal Data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide and maintain Extension functionality

  • Sync professional data to connected CRM or workspace tools

  • Enrich business contact information for B2B prospecting

  • Improve reliability, security, and user experience

  • Provide customer support

We do not sell personal data and do not provide consumer data services.


6. Data Sharing

Personal data may be shared only with:

  • CRM or workspace tools you explicitly connect

  • Third-party service providers supporting infrastructure or data enrichment

  • Public authorities, where required by law

All third-party processors act under appropriate contractual and data protection safeguards.


7. International Data Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.


8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. You may delete data by removing records from your connected CRM or by contacting us.​

 

9. Your GDPR Rights

If you are located in the EU, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data

  • Request correction or deletion

  • Restrict or object to processing

  • Request data portability

  • Withdraw consent at any time

10. Data Processing Agreement (B2B Customers)

If you use the Extension as a business customer, processing of personal data is additionally governed by our Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

The DPA defines:

  • Controller and Processor roles under GDPR

  • B2B-only scope of phone number enrichment

  • Security, sub-processing, and international transfer safeguards


11. Security Measures

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.


12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Extension constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
