You are solely responsible for:

• Compliance with GDPR, ePrivacy, CAN-SPAM, and similar regulations

• Ensuring that outreach and communications are lawful in your jurisdiction

We do not verify your legal basis and do not provide legal advice.

 

4. Business Contact and Phone Data

If the Extension provides access to contact data enrichment features:

• Such features are intended for B2B use only

• Only business contact details may be processed

• Phone numbers, where available, are business phone numbers only

You must not:

• Use phone data for consumer or personal outreach

• Resell, redistribute, or create consumer contact databases

 

5. Third-Party Services

The Extension integrates with third-party platforms and services. We are not responsible for:

• Availability, accuracy, or completeness of third-party data

• Changes to third-party APIs, terms, or functionality

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

 

6. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Extension or any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Extension remain with us. You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute the Extension without prior written consent.

 

8. Disclaimer

The Extension is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.​

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

 

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the Extension at any time by uninstalling it.

 

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by EU law and applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
